Processing & Shipping

Every order is handmade and packed with care by our small team. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as expected, please contact us at hello@zoonie.store within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the product and packaging. Based on your case, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement item, or

  • Provide a one-time discount code equal to the value of your order (to be used on any future purchase).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

One-of-a-Kind & Final Sale Items

Certain items may be labeled Final Sale on their product page (for example, one-of-a-kind designs or limited stock pieces). These items are not eligible for replacement. If a Final Sale item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Returning Goods (if requested)

If we request a return for quality-check purposes, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please use an insured, trackable shipping service. We cannot issue replacements or discount codes without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
