• Our products are handmade in small batches. Variations in size, color, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.

• Certain products may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or replacement.

Orders & Payments

• Your order is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed through Razorpay.

• We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

Accuracy of Information

• We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, errors in descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or transit times may occur.

• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or update orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping & Delivery

• Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.

• Shipping times may vary. We are not liable for courier delays, customs issues, or events beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the courier.

Returns & Replacements

• We do not provide refunds.

• If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

• Based on availability, we may offer a replacement or a one-time discount code equal to your order value.

• Final Sale items are not eligible for replacement.
